Information Collection, Use, and SharingThe data collected by the Meeting Center is collected on behalf of the Event Organizer, and is delivered digitally, and securely, to the organizer for the purpose of tracking attendance, reporting participant actions and session tracking. This data includes session check-in times, user engagement and virtual locations during event.
Any vendor lead retrieval data collected by the Meeting Center tools is collected on behalf of the event Vendors, and is collected with your knowledge and delivered only to the respective Vendor and/or Event Organizers.
The Meeting Center will not share your information with any third party outside of the organization, other than the event organizers and intended Vendors.
SecurityWe take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as personal data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment (SSAE-16, SAS-70 & PCI-DSS Compliant).
